When you hire our services, we ask that you set aside some time for us to come visit your home ahead of time. That way you can introduce us to your pets and they will be better able to recognize us when you are not there. For your convenience, here are a few forms we will ask you to fill out on our introductory visit.

Arizona Revised Statues (11-1008 & 11-1010) requires that all dogs over the age of three months have a license and rabies vaccination (the vaccination must be administered by a licensed veterinarian). The law covers all of unincorporated Maricopa County and the cities and towns within Maricopa County. Check with Fountain Hills and the Indian Communities for specific licensing requirements.
